Look at it as a way to develop your creativity.

It's not about the creativity, really. More about me losing my character name, etc. When you're OCD about this kind of stuff, it really hampers on the game itself for you.

This is exploitable or to say the least unfair. When you leave scents with a char and know you will get hunted down, delete him to deny your opponent the LP.

You can just drown currently.

Perhaps make it where if a character steals something, it cannot be deleted for 24 or so hours?

There has to be a solution. I'm literally having trouble making a name because I know that if I die, I'll lose it forever.

I have an idea. The creators could make it so that you can delete characters as long as there aren't any existing scents in the world that were created by that character's actions (ie. you could delete a character, but if they left a "Stench of Murder" scent in the world and it's still there, then it can't be deleted). That way, you can still delete characters but other people aren't cheated out of LP by ranging deleted characters who left scents. Anyone else think this is a good idea?

mmh..but anyway one could make a chara, steal stuff, delete the chara to remove the stuff (is a stupid way to do it. XD). With the "you cant delete the chara" mode, this and lots of other things will be enough solved so one don't have to waste time to drown his chara, expecially when there are no rivers near.

Play for a hour only to delete a chara is pretty....nonsense. The possibily exploit of the Delete button can be solved so easily that i can't wait to see that button in my chara list.

Just do what I do, suffix a son/daughter to the end of the name.

Of course in my case, after a spree of trying to teach some newbloods the ropes (such as the proper method of penning in a herd so they don't maul you into a greasy stain (or more hilariously, don't lure bears to the camp)) I ended up with my main being called Ragnarsonsonsonsonson. Which I admit, gets kinda ridiculous...

Of course, I'm kinda lazy like that.

I think you have this confused with the "How Do I?" section. This is for Critiques and Ideas, the latter part which is being discussed with the former as a tool to achieve such a goal. Yes, we all know to just name your character Noobalicious the IX.
