Thanks for a lot of the feedback, and yeah sorry this is a subject that has been discussed before, again I apologize most of my motive for this was a rant.

True, but also I've had grievances about personal claims back in world 3 as well. About a year ago wandering some of the interior SGs of World 3 (when decay was still around), you could really notice that a land was long abandoned, but yet that stupid pink forcefield was just as powerful as ever.
Claims need to be getting an upkeep none the less for the sake of decay coming back to the world. It used to be the case that uninhabited farms etc would revert back to nature eventually, but with the removal of decay on claims that is in the past. Bringing it back would allow a world to be a much more consistent and longer lasting thing. As much as feeding a claim a dream once a month would be enough to show you are still active.
I think this is a swell idea.
