First of all, you should not make these threads with giant lists of suggestions, rather make one for every major one, it's hard to discuss everything you posted. However this:

a. Some way to make a 2-handed staff that would be used to pole-vault up and down cliff faces.
b. Also functional as a new blunt weapon that would be harder to kill with but easier to knock out.

Would just be crazy broken. A knocked out person is already a dead person, since he cannot run or fight back.
