I'll note: Loftar has repeatedly stated that there will be a massive overhaul of the LP system (something I'm really looking forward to). Hopefully, this will be included in the overhaul. In the meantime, lobbying for a change in a system that won't last is pointless.

Well, no, not entirely pointless. If it was proved a temporary system was extremely broken, J&L might be forced to fix it just to be fair to players, but you are correct to say that a simply unbalanced feature that's going to be replaced anyway will most likely be a low priority.
