@Orcling I don't think goblins would do any good. Have you ever seen goblins NOT BUILDING any place to live?

Have you ever seen goblins at all? Because if you did, I would say stop doing drugs.

If I understand you correctly => there are whole games about goblins building stuff. One of them is DF clone ;)

Goblin Camp is a fun game, I just hate how linear progression is in that game.

my vote is

Other critters, and on mountain terrain

the only thing thats needs to be in the thickets is any terrain besides thickets

Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

<annoying ass u mad picture >

don't descent into that, and they're making a valid point, what are thickets for, and before you say goblins, don't say goblins, we don't need another sentient agressive life form in hnh, trolls may be sentient, can't really say but they live underground anyway.

I do think that it would be nice to get more than meat, bones and a skin from combat once in a while though (from non hearthlings), though i can't say from what, just that it would be nice

i had to login to agree with you lol.

I would also like more then bones, meat and skin,, Leather becomes almost useless pretty quickly ,,, ( as soon as you have a lvl 5 mine)

bones become useless even faster,,

and meat is useless except in sausages

maybe not useless, but you end up with way more then you will use/need.

And thickets,,, everyone just hides thickets,, ,and all it causes is lag ;p

Just repetive posting of "I don't like thickets" isn't making a valid point. And If not goblins, then how about mountain lions (for the mountain areas) And wildcats(excuse me if I don't know the correct name) for thickets? They should be fast, aggressive and a little stronger than foxes, which'd be a major annoyance in thickets, since you can't outrun anything inthere.

a major annoyance, you said it yourself, the aim of game design is not to make an annoying player experience, what good would adding wildcats do? it doesn't fit with the setting of the game, i don't think so anyway, wolves would make more sense, and would allow for more animal infighting, coming across a wolf stood over the corpse of a mouflon, it would be a hard enemy too and spawn in small packs, the problem is again, it's just another source of materials that fast become worthless
