Mouse over info

One of the devs brought up a problem with this when it was suggested before, being that the server would have to be constantly aware of what the mouse hovering over, which would take up large amounts of bandwidth.

I strongly doubt that one of us said that. Obviously it'd send the tooltip with the object data, so that wouldn't be a problem.

I like the idea, and I've brought it up a number of times myself. Loftar doesn't like it for immersive reasons. None of us likes doing UI.
