AFAIK, Myspace Music is a way for musicians to establish themselves and spread their music,
whereas facebook is just for general socializing.
Correct me if I'm wrong, though, since I haven't used any of them.

I did notice that they (myspace) had some kind of limit on the number of songs you can upload,
so I might just wait till I fix my own server. :P
