I would prefer the permissions list, however I'd prefer to differentiate between removing liftables and removing inventory items (maybe a permission for allow lifting?)

It's called double standards. But the core of the concept is still valid, greater (tuneable) control over claims can only be a good thing.

Much better than my idea of just simply implementing Allemansrätten in the hearthlands.
