it could be argued that SHP represent pain and if the pain is to heavy you are knocked out...
hemp tea could do what wine did in the past! (or wine recover SHP again, but then we have only beer & beds to reduce travel weariness)

but okay, hemp seems not to be the same as marijuana...

if you call it hemp or whatever, i think we need an easier way of healing ourself after hunting (if need) or after reducing SHP/HHP due to starving.

traditional herbs
It IS a traditional Herb.

If your looking for soemthing to assist in the berserk state you want the good ol' Fly Agaric. If you must have it in elixer form the process would involve consumption and the collecting your urine, as the good stuff in fly agaric remains intact even after going through the system a couple of times.

I don't think the use of Marijuanna will have any effect on the schizophrenia present within Haven and Hearth gameworld, as it is standard to create an 'alt' just in order to have a stall which is not on your main property.

Oh, I don't deny that hemp/marijuana is a traditional herb. It's just not an herb that was used to heal wounds such as you might get when clobbered by a boar or a herd of mouflons. I gather that it's not an effective painkiller compared to poppies or straight out distilled liquor, so it seems illogical to me to use it for healing as a painkiller when you have better stuff around. It doesn't speed the knitting of broken bones and it doesn't make a good poultice.

I'm most contented to see it being used for rope and cloth. Those were its most common traditional uses.

How common was fly agaric in medieval and pre-medieval Northern Europe?

In people with schitzophrenia the use of marijuana/hash etc. advances the onset of the active stage of the disorder by about a decade. In a great many people it does not cause any problem. In rl if you have any schitzophrenia in the family or bi-polar which is closely related, you are strongly disadvised to use the stuff. You get a lot more usable non-handicapped life if you come down with the symptoms in your thirties instead of your twenties. -The damage to the brain caused by schitzophrenia occurs a decade earlier than the first symptoms; the use of THC destroys the brains ability to compensate. By the time you have symptoms you are in big trouble, so you can't smoke just until you have symptoms.

Dude, STFU. You have no idea what you are talking about and I will fucking slaughter you if you think you do. Stop believing every bullshit piece of propaganda that's hand fed to you.

Wonderful high-inducing herbs aside...

Tourniquet: Plant Fibers + Branch
Splint: Plant Fibers + Wood Blocks.

Furthermore, you don't need wool to make a bandage. Linen should be just as useful.

And furthermoremore, the human body is generally pretty good at healing itself, so bedrest should SLOWLY restore HHP.

You could easily have poultices work somewhat like bandages.

Multiple strings, leaves big enough to cover the wounds and sturdy enough not to rip, and honey. Possibly some other material with healing properties (roots? leaves?) which has been ground up at a quern and mixed into the honey to ensure that it stays under the leaves.

the goal here would be to have a healing option for the utter noob, who would not have a wheat field to make a beehive to get honey.

Extremely. Especially in regards to Norse berserkers, invincible Gauls, and a particular Irish Warrior who was famed for berserk rages.

Myth.

EDIT: But a cool myth that I do not necessarily mind propagating.
