im sorry but this really isnt reasonable or sensible until they have the new systems in place. because once they do they're probably going to have to reset again. and who would bother playing in the interim?

Thank you for responding in an appropriate manner, rather then some people. I do see now that it was a bad idea. It was just a spur of the moment thought.

There's still no indication that there's going to be a reset any time soon. You've practically been pushing a map/character reset since you joined. You posted a thread about it, suggesting that signs were pointing to a map reset, and it seemed like you got some newbs to freak out thinking all the work they'd done would be lost before they'd hardly begun. It's already been stated that there are more players online at any time right now than there ever have been, so people are, on the whole, not losing interest.

It would be refreshing to see more polite people on the forums, but sadly thats the internet for you. some love it... some hate it...

As to a map reset... I agree with Jackard. a new map should only be made when new game features require it. Its just silly to start again because some people have already settled. and it would be "unfair" to new players. (thats the unwritten undertone I'm getting from posts like these anyway).

a great overhaul of how characters work would warrant a new map in my opinion *nods* Also... I want shallows in some parts of the rivers when that happens! :P

He tried that...several times. he's probably the only player people collectively hate more than josan. Josan is, at least, fun to hate. This guy is isn't even worthy of a being called a joke.
