Reorganizing the actions panel

my hotkeys keep being erased or copied between characters

it is annoying

Is your client fully updated?

Well, not everyone can have everything on the hotbar though. I know Pacho's client is awesome, but because not everyone uses the IRC/forums not everyone has access to it.

Heck, I didnt use IRC until I came to this game.

I really do think the changes will help everyone. Alphabetical order doesnt really have efficiency in mind.
