How about these?

1 poor man's belt/1 leather
+ 1 string
+ 1 keychain
+ 1 common metal nugget
= Worker's belt... wearable 9 slot keychain


4 silk thread
+ 1 common metal nugget
+1 keychain
= Merchant's belt... wearable 18 slot keychain

imo it should be more like:

poor man's belt = 1 slot (you can put a keyring, or a flask (not a waterskin), or maybe a quiver or something on it)
workman's belt = 2 slot (you can put 2 1-slot items or a 2-slot item (e.g. a waterskin)
merchant's belt = 4 slot (keyring, coin purse, flask, whatever)

i'm in too.

poor mans belt won't work for quivers, since they are 1x2 tiles.

Can we settle for 2, 4 and 6 slots respectively (with adjusted prices for the workman and merchant's belts), layout could be as follows:

So there would be one slot able to accept a pickaxe, quiver or similar for the better versions?

These slots should be added to the inventory window (for accessibility), but separeated from the normal grid and not mousewheel-enabled.

By the way, the first time I saw waterskin, I was sure it was worn equipped in a manner of a belt -) Man was I dissapointed -)

It seems ridiculous that this hasn't been implemented yet.
