EDIT: Google spreadsheet takes curd and tray qualities + the averaging weights as input and calculates the resulting cheese qualities, as well as how many times the weight the curd has over the tray at different stages.

How about we make it so that the quality of the tray has no effect on the quality on the cheese, but rather speeds the aging along, so that a Q100 tray may be 50% faster or so. So, people with good inferstructure can make more cheese, but not necessarily great cheese.

Or, just average quality the FIRST age-event, and then keep quality the same.

Cheese aging time doesn't determine cheese quantity, daily milk production does.
