Grog, you are insulting my tribe!
For centuries we survived by selling dried fish to the saint-loving, lenting-for-piety catholics down south.

I wholehearthedly agree with both the OP ducks/rabbit/ckicken on a rope (even if I dont think I would use it much, it adds alot of athmosphere IMO)
and dried fish! Which brings us on to cods of course.
