It hurts noone and requires no effort from anyone.

the thing about ads. we are such a small community, and almost all of us really want to support the game. problem with most of the ads, a lot you only get paid when someone clicks the ad and is redirected to another page. sure, no problem, right? wrong. odds are, a lot of us will just randomly click those ads so the loftorbs can get some $$$. here lies the problem. these companies like to shut down and ban regularly for anything that seems suspicious. So these guys who lovingly make a game for us to play end up getting screwed in the long run whenever they DO want to use adsense etc.

Just my 2 cents.

This could be annoying for people, but is is better to join a advertise website to earn money, like clicksor or google adsense.

2. Game shop
Maybe like that there has to open a shop, that people can buy like special items, a coloured name or upgrades for the character.

Jorb and Loftar are not interested in either, they work on Haven and Hearth as a past time and not an actual job. For all we know they could quit at any moment since they have the right and we are just playing they're game, therefore we should give them proper respect on what they want and don't want. Right now they don't want other websites filled with they're advertisements and an in-game shop that gives other players who can pay for things a couple of benefits since this would unbalance the game.

For now, they are satisfied with the donations they receive. We should learn how to show proper respect to the devs, for giving us such a wonderful game, AND FOR FREE! They try they're best to update it every week and also to improve the server performance, isn't that enough?

Did you actually read the post? This is about the H&H site having adds on it, not there being H&H adds on other sites. They lead out, not in.
