But, that character had learned the swimming skill.

This.

So they are no longer able to kill off a few hours old char and learn from it, but instead will kill off their several month old chars yielding even more drama.

Does anyone know the record for number of QQ posts about swimming deaths in a month?
I haven't been around but a few months, and I think November is already pulling ahead, and we're only two weeks in. >.<

You clearly weren't around when swimming was introduced. Just skim through the first few pages of this thread. Some delicious tears in there.

Yeah... That's kinda nothing at all. People who have been playing a week or two will get double that from killing one bear.

I believe I'm starting to find amusement in the hundreds of people who say "this game is going to lose players and will never succeed" after being wronged in some way or another.

To the other part: Never buy swimming!!! Everybody should know by now that the devs intend to let swimming stay as deadly as it currently is (or maybe are to lazy to fix it, because there is just no way they could not be aware of the issue with all the constant whining...)

all warnings aside, as long as instadeath mechanics like the current swimming even exist, H&H remains a bad game. theres just no excusing it

It's hard to make sense of this thread.
