Some action (with or without tool?) that removes the grass from a tile and turns it back to the previous soil type/nearest soil type.

It doesn't retract from the fact that the ability to remove grass by means of an action, as opposed to planting trees, may not be useful.

Now I can get to replanting and only have to do it once.
