Oh, come on. People who wear top hats dont labor in mines and forges. It should give a point to civ, not industry. It just seems silly, teams of workmen/women filing in and out of dusty coalmines and laboring in forges wearing tophats and monocles.

Hehe.. i suppose their is a heavy mimicing of real world in haven, but its not like it has to be absolutely perfect.. Besides, i think it would be hilarious.

Hmm, to get this straight: does the Cylinder Hat have a function at all if you're already full industry?
