You really shouldn't call them butthurt, I mean seriously Numen is okay, it's not super great or anything, Einherjar is pretty balanced, I like it a lot, and no I don't have a chance to use it personally, my ancestor is twice removed with stats under 100.

Everyone has the same chance, just through death. :lol:

Its mostly only happens in the bigger villages *cough AD* where the gain is actually substantial.

This is indeed a good idea I'd say, but I do enjoy gaining something, it lets you 'come back stronger' if you're fast with your numen and have an NP area :V

Death should be a penalty in a rogue-like confirguration, not a boon or bonus. Otherwise there is no discouragement or fear of death.

i have always thought it was illogical that ancestor stats would just add right on top of your own, so i also think it should replace stats instead of adding on top. The change / tradition slider should be removed along with it. anyone needing to move that slider to tradition is usually trying to do it quickly and will afk the entire time. it would take weeks to move it while playing normally.

Do you seriously expect to get rid of it and with it 360% LA? You must be insane!

Change/Trad slider just needs to be used better and something else Pro-Trad to outweigh it, furthermore you should still get stuff back from your ancestors, and Numen should stay (it really is a good system, I don't like the 'way' you sacrifice, but I like sacrificing in general how it works), just change einher, it's not like that will unbalance it too much, Trad would still be worth it, and inheritence should DEFINITELY stay, if you're prepared you shouldn't lose as much as the other person considering how long it takes to go from trad to change.

I dont see why a person should be getting 3x the exp by moving a stupid slider. it may have always been like that, but that doesn't mean its logical.

Well it might be to much of a change for this map. but i dont see why they couldn't if they wanted to. it would make stuff like tea useful, and HQ pearls would be godlike.

Because the 3.6x gain right now is enough of a grind, if that's the case then the '3x' should become the norm, because otherwise :lol: grindfest x3.
