also, inb4hel if this thread goes in the direction most of hasaosan's threads go. has anybody else noticed that most of his threads are doomed from the moment he opens the "new thread" window?

Why not implement a system of Bounty Hunters where the reward is a high amount of LP based on the Skills of the perp and the severity of the crime?
