Cooking water to increase quality.

Ever tried making coffee with water that was boiled, cooled, and then boiled again? It sucks.

In a standard electric kettle.

I have recently made the switch from an electric kettle to a stove top one and the quality of the water has increased greatly. No matter how many times we re-use the stove boiled water it still tastes fine.
However we used to have to clean the electric kettle every few boils because tea and coffee tasted burnt.

Distilling equipment for making spirits that can also average water quality (water+fuel+distillery)/3 would be nice.

Distilling would make more sense than simple boiling. All boiling would do is concentrate minerals in the water, making it harder.

Anyway, I really don't see a point in having quality levels if everyone has best q everything available.
