Why? Would you not like having a dragon that could drop q300 or q500 bones and hide? :)

I'll admit it. I'm an MMORPG player. I loved EQ in its day. I've played WoW almost since launch. I played EQ2 for nearly 3 years. (Loved that Station Exchange!) While I loved EQ, the lack of instances were horrendous for leveling up. I loved the game for everything it was and hated it for all the camping and waiting you had to do. All the instancing in WoW and EQ2 made things a million times more fun because you actually got to PLAY. The one caveat: every character was just a generic copy of another because everyone that had even an ounce of skill could get the best. I do miss hundred man dragon raids, though. :`(

They don't belong in economic and crafting based games like HnH. Can you imagine trying to gank a hunting group that you couldn't even intrude upon? Besides, the world as it is is underpopulated enough that I've never had to fight over kills, which is the whole reason private dungeon instancing was introduced.

I'd love to see dragons in HnH. Maybe they'd randomly roll through and decimate parts of villages. However, I think there's been more than a few threads on it before.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Basically, instances are just a crap way of compensating for not designing a world for an MMO game.

Because raiding those instances is the only thing players would end up doing.

Well if death penalty is changed to much less loss then we could have raid those caves and have some more pvp around.
