I don't think this system requires that...
No, I haven't read that, either.
@PP Pool comments:
There's no reason that the PP Pool shouldn't take a week to regen. I'm in agreement that it should regen slowly just like SHP do at so many per second. However, the time to go from 0 to full could be a relatively long time. Maybe there needs to be a way to fill it faster if it is damaged, preferably something that can't be easily botted. It could make defense a more active affair over the passive method it is now.

I would think that attacks would occur right before regains. Maybe I missed or am forgetting it, but the PP Pool doesn't drain unless someone is actively attacking the village. (I'm assuming that villager death by something like boar, bear, drowning, etc. doesn't hit the PP Pool.)
If you can think of ways of exploiting this system, name them. That's what ewlol is asking for. That's how you create a bug free, balanced mechanic.
In general, I've been thinking on this. I really like the premise of the concepts. I'm wary of potential game balance issues that it might cause for semi-active hermits and such. How are walls' HP and soak calculated if there is no village claim? Is the same current system used? What about the Authority system? Will it be used for all its benefits (revoke, hird) and penalties (running out of auth and have village claim taken)?
