I suspect the primary problem is that Loftar does not want to trust code that is not his own.

He has stated that it causes ugly artifacts when you get down to the tile by tile scale, however he didn't say exactly what they are, and I suspect they would be easy to clean up by post processing the image.

What is different from some of those worldmaps with the current one is that the current one is very inlandish and very chaotic, there's no oceans really, it doesn't feel like natural land at all, just one big forest with random resource nodes build in, and barriers that are passable at 40-80 con.
loftar: The inner chaos of the Jorbian mind is hard to conceal. :)
