Change the way Wine turns to Vinegar

Who cares how it's done? The important thing is giving us a way to stop wine decaying into vinegar.

Since wine+air = vinegar, seems like storing it in the barrel should be fine, while storing it in buckets should turn it to vinegar. Game works the other way round atm right?

Also don't see anything incorrect about skyrages OP. Whether you add bacteria by exposing it to air or by some other means, you're still adding bacteria.
