Hand Pump - Faster and More fill choices

I like it. With the right amount of materials and "filling time," this would be a good idea.

However, I'm not quite sure about "filling multiple things at once." Filling things faster is one thing, but filling everything just seems a bit overpowered. Granted, you have to carry all of the barrels and tubs over to the pump and arrange them, but, still...
