Great idea though, It'd be nice to see a bit of variation between charter's besides just clothing.

I disagree on beards depending on the Industrial vs Nature sliders, it makes no sense. If anything Nature vs Industry should relate to Suntan/The lack of it.

Consider this, Industrialists work underground. Slave in front of burning forges, mill metal for a living under smog-filled sky.

Nature believers work herbalist tables, harvest crops ad nauseum, produce silk to their ungrateful industrial overlords, all under a blazing sun. (Unless it's one of those silk-sweat shop mansions)

When was the last time you saw a pale faced farmer or a sun tanned coal-miner.

Skinchange is dumb, really wish people would drop it!! Hair is more interesting.

While I do love the idea of character diversity, skin is certainly seen more on a fully equipped player than hair, and honestly the difference between loftar hair and regular hair is barely discernible.

As if it's ever gonna get implemented.
It's most likely jorb/loftar will respond with; "Too much work, too little time, we have a different jewproject that will outdate HnH soon anyway".

i think the best way to go. as has been stated before;

civ vs barb affects hair.
nature vs industry affects beard.

that is a must for this idea. but an extra add on; that most likely only shown in good detail when displaying char:
martial vs peaceful affects scars, or lack of scars
death vs life affects the gauntness for want of a better word. someone with full death would look as if there skin is drawn tight, and bones seem to stick out more prominantely (however you spell it) life would give a full face. chubby or something that makes you look charming.

colour change is a silly idea and really is bad.

Then this is a somewhat paradox bump you made.

I like the idea too, but I'm just saying the chance it will be implemented is extremely low.

I'd rather not be able to tell who the other person is/what their sliders are so easily.

Example: I'm a warrior (full trad, full martial), and I'm posing as a newbie to get you into play and then kick your shit in, most people will never be trad.

I do like it in more advanced battles with higher players v higher players because you know to aim for the full change guys first, and who they are.
