The good option would be adding a micro-payments in haven but not to buy stuff like in Salem ( Swords, extra curios ) but to buy some new clothes looking cool adding nothing than a +10 to COOLNESS i think there will be few ppl which would buy those clothes even if they can lose it, well after that Jorbtar would have some money to keep haven alive, to have for themselfs or for Salem
( sorry if it's bad writen but i'm not an English Dexter )

I agree. It works for the custom UO servers.

That's really all the payment things are in Salem, the stuff might push you a day of work ahead at most, and all the new players get slaughtered for wearing the clothes.

With fully customisable clients you can make clothes look like anything you want anyway so this would pretty much be a waste of precious Loftar encoding time... very few people would buy said clothes when you could just copy what they look like and have the same appearance for say a necro robe etc..

....But others wont be able to see you with said clothes on, you can only change the appearance of your clothes on your side. If another person doesn't have that mod (I do believe you meant MOD, not client), they will not see you in the custom clothing .... :/
Like I said, it worked very well for certain custom UO shards.
