Bull. Stoners aren't stupid just cuz they're high. This stereotype is a false corollation. Just because stupid people smoke weed doesn't mean that smoking weed is stupid or will make you stupid. Study high, take the test high, Get High scores!

My 9 years of experience with pot say you're dead wrong. I don't know about Liberal Arts, but you'll fail CompSci hard if you study high and go to tests high. Especially if it's a maths test.

Also, Hemp has not been engineered to contain less THC. It simply IS that way. Kinda like Poppies and opiates, only certain strains of the poppy plant produce morphine, codeine and thebaine. Likewise, only two known cannabis strains contain psychoactive chemical (THC, CBN, CBD & a few others) and those are Sativa and incida. Many other varieties of cananbis exist and have existed since time immemorial that in fact have never (as far we know) produced THC or any other psychoactive chemcial.

Okay, you took the latter half of that a little too litterally. If you don't know where that came from I'm not gonna explain it to you but you're gonna have a hard time convincing me of your former claim. Drugs affect everyone differently. Especially when it comes to marijuana. Now, granted, there are some strains and levels of 'high' where almost no one can function (i.e. 'couch lock' from high CBD strains/indica varieties & well matured & cured buds). Still, with regulated usage and the exception of excess consumption some users retain their intelligence and mental capacities very well while under the influence. MY six years of smoking (3 solid regular, 3 of intermittent) have told me that it is not only fully possible to think clearly stoned, but that sometimes it is necessary. I may be an exceptional exception because I am Bipolar type I and marijuana provides a certain ability to control my mind to degrees i do not otherwise possess. Still, many users smoke regularly and maintain professional & intellectual function. These people do not fit the media stereotype 'stoner' but that doesn't mean they don't exist, just that you don't hear about them.

Go ahead, grow some hemp, try to get some THC. Not gonna happen. ANYWAYS. My point is that is was not ENGINEERED to not produce/produce negligible psychoactive substances.

The other point - hemp is just low-THC sativa, you know. And it's been selectively bred in the 20th century to have low THC content so it doesn't break any regulations.
