A new bar should build-up called "Sexual Tension" which needs to be "relieved". Relieving sexual tension should increase happiness. Farm animals can be used for this or other players who accept your offer of "Player X is asking if you would like to relieve his sexual tension?".

Players who have been knocked unconscious can be used without an offer having to be accepted. That should require a "Black skill" though, which should cost maybe 20k LP. Maybe called something like "Despoilment" or "Statutory Offenses".

Only then would we truly be able to Rape and Pillage.
