FIST mode: destroy object, attack creature (rightclick empty mainhand/offhand or drag to hotbar)
AXE mode: destroy object, attack creature, chop tree, remove stump, make blocks
SAW mode: make boards

SHOVEL mode: dig dirt, dig sand, dig clay
