New food item: Root stew

Ingredients: 2 beetroot, 2 rustroot.
Made in a cauldron, gives 60% perception, 40% constitution.

This recipe would give us something useful to do with rustroot once we're done prospecting.

Add some Spindly to the recipe and you have my vote!

More uses for Spindly would be nice. :lol:

No more perception food, there's too many as it is. Add taproots and make it dexterity food.
