what about "Talk down to your peers" increase your happiness while decreasing theirs, drops "snob" crime scent, which can be used to initiate combat without dropping an assault scent ;)

What about the charisma it gives? That's useful there, that is. :)

Int has a use - it works with your stealth to increase your chances of a ranger not seeing a clue you drop.

Likewise, exploration works with perception. : )

Whereas charisma has absolutely no use whatsoever, other than for becoming Chieftain, which tends to make it impossible to wear the Lawspeaker's hat. ;)
