Int has a use - it works with your stealth to increase your chances of a ranger not seeing a clue you drop.

Likewise, exploration works with perception. : )

Whereas charisma has absolutely no use whatsoever, other than for becoming Chieftain, which tends to make it impossible to wear the Lawspeaker's hat.
