There have been quite a few calls for a decent wood storage solution around the forums. I don't remember ever seeing the idea of it actively increasing the wood quality, but it kinda makes sense. Lumber mills typically kiln-dry all their wood to stabilize it and drive out all the moisture and excess resin. And aged cut firewood typically burns better than fresh cut wood, so that makes sense too. I kinda like it.

Maybe have two different storage solutions: One would be a simple "lumber rack" that would hold some massive amount of boards, blocks and sticks, and you could add and remove at will but there's no Q increase. The second might be more like a low temperature kiln that would improve wood Q very slowly over time, but doesn't hold quite as much at a time as the first rack type and you can only pull your lumber out of it after some specified length of time.

+1 on the idea of beetles as bait too. New types of live bait besides leeches and worms would be fun to have! Not really "necessary", but fun all the same

Koya: What means "molest" ? Translator cannot translate it or do it with no logics...

Apart from the fact it would be nice to have some separate GUI graphic for a wood storage unit. There is already a nice way of storing (stockpiling) your wood (blocks). Just drop a palisade unit some where and use that as storage unit. (same can be done for some of the other basic recourses.)
