First off, I'll admit this:
I LOVE BUNNY SLIPPERS!!
Now, with that out of the way, I was wondering why is it we can raise chickens in coops but not rabbits in hutches? I mean, eating rabbits more often than not saved my ass when I first started, but once you can start farming and killing higher q life, bunnies get tossed to the wayside. There is not really a way to manipulate q of rabbits as is. Whereas all other edible critters have some sort of modifying force, whether it be levels (Boars, Deer, Mouflon, Aurochs, Bears), feed (Chickens, Cows, Sheep, Pigs), or even soil (Ants), rabbits do not.
Since rabbits are relatively easily tamed, why not allow rabbits to be raised and bred like chickens are already? I'm not certain if it has been recommended before, but the answer would be a rabbit hutch of some kind. It would probably need a second adult rabbit sprite (I guess white could be female, and add brown as male) and rabbit baby sprites, but most all the other rules and conditions for chicken rearing is viable for rabbit rearing, except without eggs.
It would allow one to make rabbit meat more viable, as well as stop nerfing the q's of rabbit-based sausages and allow higher q bunny slippers, which I already alluded to above I'm all in favor of.
