Frog Legs

Postby Jeebus » Tue Aug 24, 2010 7:09 am

I know there has to have been other threads on this, but I'm tired of frogs that sit there and get in my way and take up space and I can't eat them. Sure it's fun to squish under wheel, but eventually a hearthling hungers for the meat of his/her inferior meat creatures. All the food chains will prove that if it lives, whether it be animal, vegetable, fungus, or even protozoan, we can eat it, because hearthlings (AKA humans) pwn everything, and thus everything is delicious... potentially poisonous, but delicious nonetheless.

As such, it angers me why you can't grab frogs, and either give them the rat treatment and skewer them on a stick, use a cauldron/frying pan to cook up frog's legs, just shove them in your mouth alive and feast upon their still-beating heart to gain their vital life force, or cook up any other frog recipe. To put it bluntly, if it doesn't have opposable thumbs, I should be able to eat it. If it does have opposable thumbs... screw it, I want to eat them too. Meat is meat. I hunger.

I concur. Frogs are just the unless, retarded cousin of the rats in H&H. They just hop around, being useless and potentially annoying. I'd like to be able to grab it and eat it. :ugeek:

They should also be used for arrow poisening or fish bait.

Now I wish I had thought of that...

Should be edible (roasted) for some agility FEP's and possibly a black FEP. Wikipedia tells frog legs aren't even particularly hard to cook - you pretty much just fry them with some spice. In H&H terms, all you need is a frying pan and a fire.

I WILL FEAST UPON LIVE FROGS TO GAIN THEIR COURAGE!!

I think that eating them should give a very very small amount of agility or dexterity, and alot of black.

I find it funny that sabinati is the only one who knows and stated that they're toads, not frogs. A shame you guys ignore it.

Now there's something that should be implemented.
