A few things you may wish to reconsider.
Firstly, the phrase is "Without further ado."
But that's not the important thing.
It is found with 30+ foraging in Mudflats or Grasslands.
Once harvested, it gives Sage, the quality of the Sage is dependent on the quality of the Crop and seeds, and your farming skill.
If it's a wild herb that is found in mudflats and grasslands, it won't have seeds and farming wouldn't affect the quality. If it is a plant that is found by foraging, Perception and Exploration would be the factors to be able to see it, and quality would be based on surrounding soil. You're mixing two entirely different skills in a way that doesn't mesh.
Over a period of time, it will slowly increase some of your base attributes (Any of these: Perception, Charisma, Intelligence , and Psyche)
Why don't you suggest making set FEPs like other food, or if you plan on smoking it, a temporary buff, like other smoke-able things. Just continuously gaining attributes would make the game too, eh, AFK-heavy (for lack of a better phrase) no matter how slow going you make it. You should not just be able to get levels because you were lucky enough to find an herb with 30 Per*Exp (which is ridiculously low, by the way).
On a positive note, though, I'm all for adding new plants, whether it be farm-able crops, new types of trees, or new forage-ables.
Zen always wins.
