You know how when you write a note it's all on one line? My suggestion is the ability to make it multiple lines. Most people probably don't have the problem with long notes, but I like playing the attorney and drafting contracts. It's mostly aesthetic, but dragging my contract from one end of the screen to the other as I read it is REALLY annoying.
