My next idea is for a hookah and shisha tobacco. A hookah will work like a table, but without the ornaments slots. You put your shisha or plain tobacco inside and have a smoke feature. Unlike food though it will take longer to smoke, maybe as long as it takes to chip stone when you have just started out, but make it quicker than a pipe. It is not able to be put in your inventory, as it is built rather than crafted. It will need 4 raw glass and a bar of any common metal. It can hold 5L of water, and the dirty water will have to be replaced after a while (to simulate this have every use of the hookah take away a small bit of water). Up to 4 people can use it at once. Cured hemp buds also work in a hookah.
Shisha will be craftable with ground tobacco and honey, with some other food ingredient, such as an apple, blueberry and grape for different flavors. The different flavors will give different FEP points, and add some hunger. For example apple shisha will give the same effects as normal tobacco as well as +1 (or whatever number seems suitable) constitution (apples give no FEP so i figured apple pie FEP will work), grape shisha would give +1 charisma, and blueberry would give +1 intelligence. Those are just examples, as I am sure there will be loads more options if more fruit and spices get added. It can only be smoked in a hookah.
Another idea i had was for vinum opii, a mixture of wine and opium. It was used throughout ancient times as a medicine to treat a variety of illnesses. It can be used as a way of healing HHP, and is made my combining a bottle of wine with 3 poppies. Instead of the "a glass with a friend" buff, you will receive another buff (haven't thought of a name) that works like a leech, it will take away one SHP with a chance of returning one HHP. To make it balanced, the buff will last maybe just a bit longer than a leech, but not by much. It can only be drunk from a wine glass. This will make healing yourself easier if you don't have a swamp near by or to low level to tame sheep or see clovers. Its also another use for poppies, which don't have many uses at the moment.
