What do you think of more fruit and vegetables? Like turnips, tomatoes, cucumbers etc. Wouldn't that be better?

I guess a farm re-vamp could wait for Map the 4th, but adding tomatoes at least would be cool. With that, they could also make pasta makers and let you make pasta with your wheat flour, and let us make pastas, Alfredo, and pestos.

Or you can make borscht.

Other food ideas (For Map the 4th, of course):

Lettuce (Add with the above mentioned tomatoes, bread, and bacon, and you could make BLT's!!)
Basil (Would act like pepper, but reduce hunger increase of increase FEP's)
Strawberries (Strawberries + Grapes + Tomatoes + Apples + Lettuce = Fruit Salad?)
"Never trust anyone offering to 'do you a solid.' They may just want to take a dump on your table." - Me

World 5
Paprika Cilantro II, Lawspeaker of Aodake Tsuru, New Capital of the Pueblo Nation

World 3
Nan Foodle, Elector Count of Deephold, Domain of the Holy Roman Empire
Second Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire

I'm against potatoes and tomatoes, they don't fit the setting. Instead something like turnips or rutabagas would be great.

I would love to see more types of mushrooms as well as other herbs. Perhaps the herbs could add points to specific FEPs rather than just a % increase.

I find it hard to swallow disqualifying common vegetables, even if not generally seen in the setting the game is based on; at least not while things like pepper, silk, and fishsticks are obtainable locally. It is a fictional world, based loosely on Slavic and Germanic myth...not an East Europe simulator. The final say is, of course, up to the owners.

Perhaps there needs to be a new mechanic or method for introducing more exotic or foreign goods into the setting. NPC Viking traders could accept furs, metal, etc. in exchange for rare spices and silk, etc.

Or just make it so to grow plants that aren't found commonly in that area, you gotta go to another area and forage it.
Maybe rare plants you can find and farm.
