collapsable and movable barter stands

I think barter stands should be moveable. in read life they are...

so my idea is that if the stand is empty, you would get a right click option to collapse. it then collapses and changes graphics, but now can be picked up over your head like a chest. to set it up again, you must put it back onto the ground, and right click it again to set it up. you should be able to store a barter stand in a wagon for example. that way you can live out of a wagon, stop outside peoples plots and put up a barter stand go to sleep and maybe have some stuff sold when you wake up.

I like it, but only empty barter stands should be able to be collapsed. Otherwise you could use that as a cheap storage container.

Oh whoops, I overlooked that.

The fact that I like it still stands.

What about collapsible wagon, lean-to, and other things people might have overlooked?

Wagon makes less sense because you can use it to carry other things. But a lean-to makes more sense because it's light and is a home to go.

I don't think a collapsible leanto is needed. It's easy to build and honestly, where would you put it into? Or would you carry it above your head all the time at crawl speed?

Yeah, this would be really neat.

Not having to remove the items would be better still. I guess it would be too good for transporting stuff, though. Maybe add a wagon stall, that has more slots than a normal stall but only a couple of slots for liftables and has a built-in claim (like a lean-to).

That's what natives and folks did while they carry their stuff on their backs when migrating...

Just because people do and did it in real life doesn't mean it's needed in the game. I wouldn't call it migrating when all your possession are so "noobish" that you have to carry your precious leanto around. Put your stuff in your backpack, migrate, and when your at your destination build a new leanto. Or, if you prefer walking at crawl speed, carry a spruce bough bed around.

...I shouldn't write posts without my morning coffee.
