Stands for 'Objects'

It would be very nice to have a stand to sell Liftable Buildings like Cauldrons, Meat Grinders, Herbalist Tables, etc.

This would serve 2 very important purposes:
1)You should be able to deduce the quality on this stand
2)You should be able to say a certain amount of things you wish to trade it for, or have people drop parchments in a certain container (that only accepts parchment) with their name/hs and bet, these should be in a 'safebox' style that only allows the creator to read them (if it's destroyed these are destroyed).

It'd be neat if you could list things that you'd take for it and prices and have them just pay it up and walk away, but that's probably too NPC-like, so a parchment system to leave a note of who you are and what you offer/show your interest would work less-NPC like.

I've thought of this before but never bothered to suggest it.
