Stopper wine barrals

I hate storing wine in buckets. Just let us put a bung in the barrel and it would stop fermenting. Please.

yeah i said earlier this should be the default and you should have to do something to make it turn to vinegar. i guess it would make wine overpowered or something though?

IMO wine should be put in bottles for great Q or left in barrels for shit Q (decrease until it hits barrel q/2?). And add another component/task for vinegar, +1 for OP.
