Cave Sauna

Sauna should be an cave unique building meaning it can only be build in caves. They require rocks (lots of rocks) to build and a pickaxe to dig the middle out. Ones it has been finished it can be filled with water wich can then be boiled (the water in it should last forever) one's the water has been heated you can add tea and go into it to recover energy whitout decreasing or filling any hunger. the use for this is to atleast give cave mines a nice advantage to build this next to one would be a very nice choice for non stop mining.

i feel this is kinda good idea(well i atleast enjoy a good sauna) for having people wash grime and dirt out of the character and having a small bonus for being fresh for a while(and yes i do believe they did have some kinda sauna in bronze age).

as for an additional info for those who are interested and do not know what this thing is.

One objection:
The Water should in fact be consumed, and the quality of the water should matter.

why would it be in a cave, unless it was a naturally occurring hotspring?

The blasting heat of the sauna culls the boys from the men. Here, in the sacred sweat, the earth drinks the washed-off filth of mortals, to the old, slowly humming, tunes of mountains, mead and men.

You operate the sauna by heating stones in a fire and putting them in the sauna's fireplace. Thereafter you throw water on the fireplace to make steam. The more you crank up the steam/heat the more wyrd you get, but -- a word of caution -- too much of the good stuff and you might get hurt. The object is to stay in the sauna for as long as possible.

Heating the sauna is a bit of an undertaking in itself. The stones must be kept warm for quite some time before they can be placed in the sauna. You'll need at least a few good buckets of high quality water, or beer.

Not because it's anywhere near implementation, but just as to give a hint of the cool shit I think you can do with wyrd.

Sounds like a cool idea, I'd be all for it. Perhaps have it do different things for different steams.

Regular steam gives a temporary maximum stamina boost
Tea steam gives the stamina boost plus a learning ability boost
Beer steam gives a learning ability penalty but maybe some unarmed combat boosts (drunken boxing anyone?)
