Weed Buff lasting across sessions

It's really annoying that 'In the Fog' doesn't last into the next session if you're logged out. It doesn't make sense to have to light another hemp bud just because your ISP decided to take a shit on you, and you were logged out of the client, especially since many other food-based buffs last across sessions.

My suggestion is to simply make it where the In the Fog buff will continue, even if you're logged off.

I've never had disconnect problems, but server crashes are a pain in the ass when you decide to use your best hemp bud
