Yes, IVAN as it is sometimes called. I played the shit out of that game. Its actually what I was gonna mention. anyways, if you shift+V you get to pick a direction and then your guy just vomits on the spot adjacent to you in that direction. Its real funny if you can throw up all over monsters and people.
