Forums: let me assign people avatars

As a visual person who associates people with their avatars, I can find it a bit confusing when people often change their avatars (cue everyone exchanging avatars!). If I could assign people avatars that I only see through my account, it would help me keep everyone straight.

It's doable, but it's a huge pain in the ass.

If you could find a phpBB add on that allows you to do it that'd be your best bet to just find it and suggest it, because I doubt the devs have the time (or will) to look through it and all that stuff.
