Wheat Stages

I'd like to voice my opinion of the stages of wheat. I believe the 3rd and 4th stages of wheat need to be reversed. Normally in my garden I can tell when my wheat is ready to harvest when the heads of the wheat bend over the stage before that is generally when they point straight up.

I'd also like to suggest the first 2 stages the wheat be greeen 3 stage it turns brown and 4 stage(bent down) it turns golden brown
