Like that there is a de-buff called "Dirtyness", you get it when you walk (for long) or when you get ko'd and fall on the ground.

Dirtyness lowers your charisma, and can only be removed by taking a bath in a bathtub.


Required items for a bathtub:

5 bars of bronze/iron/steel.
