Some new vegetables and fruits

Postby snochol56 » Sun Nov 07, 2010 6:22 pm

I have an idea.
In game is too little vegetables and fruits. Good idea is to add some common vegetables and fruits like tomatos, potatos, cucumbers, cabbage, garlic, sunflower, strawberry and maybe raspberry (as cultivated fruits). With that fruits and vegetables its good to add some new food like fruit soup or bread with vegetables. Also we can add possibility to make ham or something to make loaf of bread with additions. What do u think about it?

Tomato, Potato and Sunflower are all native to the Americas, Cucumber may be too warmth-needy for our latitudes. I am all for more fruits like Cabbage, Raddish, Parsley(root + leaves), Celery(root + leaves) and Turnip. Also I cannot see how more forageable berries, nuts and shrooms would hurt.

I wish we had something like a search function so that people don't make the same suggestions all the time.

Tea and tobacco are not native to Europe and both originally (before selective breeding) could not survive in this "European" climate.

But yeah, this thread has been done plenty of times.
